HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You must read our Return and Exchange Policy before making a request. ASTO accepts returns or exchanges within 10 days after an order is delivered. The item must be in its unused condition and in its original packaging. A Returns Slip will be provided with your parcel upon delivery. Please refer to its detailed instructions provided.

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

Once a return has been approved by the store, a refund to the full value of your item(s) at purchased time, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to your nominated PayPal account or credit card via PayPal from which the original payment was made. Approved refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES ASTO SHIP TO?

ASTO currently provides free shipping for orders within the Philippines. We also ship internationally but with an added fixed fee depending on your region. For more information regarding international orders, please click  here

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders once your items or order has been shipped. It is important to please ensure you provide the correct shipping address details for the specified delivery times.

WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Sizing will vary considerably amongst the different designers. So to help you choose the best size, you'll find the the dimensions to every piece on its respective product page.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDERS ON ASTO?

ASTO and its designer partners accept payment via credit card payment gateway. Alternatively you can choose to pay using PayPal (Click here to create a PayPal account). If you do not wish to create a PayPal account, credit card payments are also accepted via express cc checkout. We also accept Bank Deposits via BPI, BDO and HSBC.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Shopping on ASTO is exclusive to members only. To make a purchase on ASTO, simply register your details. Creating an account is free and gives you access to exclusive member deals and promotions as well as the ability to interact with the stores and designers directly for style, product and fashion advice.

As a member you are also able to track your orders and review past purchases.

If you have forgotten your password it's easy to reset and follow the Forgot Password link on the sign in page. For security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Your personal information is kept private and confidential with ASTO. To become a member, we will need to know your name and email address. If you wish to place an order online we require your billing and shipping address as well as a telephone number. All payments are currently made through PayPal directly, as such ASTO does not require, request or store your credit card information, please notify us immediately either via email on  info@astogroup.com or Message Centre should you receive any requests for such information in relation to ASTO.

We may use your contact details to inform you of the latest arrivals from your favorite stores, designers and new services available via email. If you would prefer not to receive these updates customise your preferences via My Account and Setting / Preferences.

WHAT ARE COOKIES? SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT THEM?

A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser which tracks your movements within websites. We use cookies to keep track of how often you visit our website, the contents of your shopping bag, previous purchases and to deliver content specific to your interests. They are designed to assist your shopping and are therefore nothing to worry about. Most browsers are automatically set up to accept cookies, but usually you can alter the settings of your browser to prevent automatic acceptance. If you choose not to receive cookies, you may still use most of the features of our website, including the ability to purchase items.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email outlining the details of your purchase. After your order and payment has been verified and approved for shipment by the store, you will receive another email outlining the shipping and tracking information, where available.

In the unlikely event that we encounter a problem when processing your order, you will receive an order update email from us detailing the problem and possibly requesting further action to complete your order.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

As your order has been finalized, it is not possible to combine orders or add items once payment has been processed.

If you would like all your items from the same store to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) before it has been Prepared for Shipment. You can check the status of your orders under My Orders in your account. Once your order has been cancelled, place a new order with all the items you require to be shipped together.

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER AND WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?

Once your order has been placed, you will be sent an email confirming the details of your order. 

Your PayPal account or credit card via PayPal payment tool will be debited at the time your purchase has been completed. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your PayPal account or credit card via PayPal payment tool for the value of the items in stock, refunding the difference back to your account.

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

ASTO offers 1-2 day free delivery for orders within the Philippines. If your order is made before 1PM, your order will be shipped within the day. If after, your order will be shipped the following day. Deliveries will normally take 3-7 days for international orders. 

CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD FOR ASTO?

ASTO currently does not offer Gift Cards for purchase with our stores online.
